“The late modernist Paul Rudolph’s reputation has taken a beating recently. Some of his iconic buildings, including houses in Westport, Conn., Watch Hill, R.I., and Siesta Key, have been demolished. And then there’s the impending destruction of his Riverview High School in Sarasota.

“But at Yale, Rudolph’s legacy is reborn.”
