“Sol LeWitt Wall Drawings: Beautifully Radical”

This lecture will be presented by Andrea Miller-Keller, independent curator. Andrea Miller-Keller, on the curatorial staff at the Wadsworth Atheneum from 1969 to 1998, has organized over 185 exhibitions on contemporary art , including the first one-person museum shows for numerous artists including Janine Antoni, Daniel Buren, Barbara Kruger, and Richard Tuttle.
In 1996 Miller-Keller was US Commissioner to the 23rd International Bienal, Sao Paulo Brazil, presenting “Of Sun and Stars: Sol LeWitt Wall Drawings.” She was a co-curator of the Whitney Biennial 2000 and a co-author of the San Francisco MOMA publication, “Sol LeWitt: A Retrospective” (2000).
