The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) “is a nonprofit group of passionate people — lawyers, technologists, volunteers, and visionaries — working to protect your digital rights.”
Included on their website is a section called Bloggers’ Rights, which includes a list of relevant legal cases that EFF have been involved in. Additional topics are covered in great detail and the EFF goes a long way in educating citizens of the web. Perhaps we should call them the eACLU?
